How it works

1. Start the Conversation
We begin with an in-person walkthrough and a conversation about your goals, style, and vision. From this, we build a clear design agreement and budget direction. We’ll also conduct a feasibility study to uncover any build challenges early on.

2. Design & Planning
In this phase, we collaborate with our architect, designer, and trade partners to bring your vision to life. We create sketches, material selections, and a full project timeline — all tailored to your lifestyle and goals.

3. Finalize Budget & Construction Agreement
Once the design is in place and selections are made, we finalize the scope of work and sign the construction agreement. At this point, we prepare for permits and get everything ready to build.

4. Build Phase
Our production team handles everything from permitting to final walk-throughs. We manage the process daily, maintain a clean site, and keep you involved with regular updates and walkthroughs. You're always in the loop.

5. Warranty & Project Closeout
Before handing over the keys, we conduct a detailed walkthrough and create a final punch list. Every home comes with a 3-year warranty, including check-ins at 30 days, 90 days, and 1 year. You'll also receive the Hygge Haus Handbook — your guide to life in your new home.
